We designed a café and dessert bar in Copenhagen as the first physical home for Nordic ice dessert brand Winterspring. The intimate space expressed the brand’s Nordic sensibility combining a sense of craft with a focus on ritual. The interior and all aspects of the experience coherently support the brand’s philosophy that small moments matter.
