For The Pier First Class lounge in Cathay Pacific’s hub airport, we redefined the luxury experience for today’s first class traveller. We grounded the concept in wellbeing principles – a feeling of health, comfort and privacy. We wanted visitors to leave feeling better than when they arrived. Addressing all aspects of design, service and operation we created a robust and coherent system that works and can evolve over time.
